Who are your products intended for?
Fables is for everyone over the age of 18 interested in middle-space or ABDL attire, or for any adults with incontinence looking for reliable high quality incontinence products that are a little bit outside the norm.
Do you ship outside of the US or Canada?
Fables currently only ships in the USA and Canada. For more information, check our Shipping Policy Page
Is shipping discreet?
Yes! Discreet shipping was the first thing Fables thought about when designing the packaging. The contents of our boxes are not referred to in any way.
What name will appear on the Credit Card?
Charges for Fables product will show up as coming from "SB FBL" on the credit card statement and the shipping label may say SB FBL or YLS.
What payment methods can I use?
Fables currently handle the following payment methods:

What is your return policy?
Our products are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned. For the full policy, please see our Returns Policies page. If there was an error or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Can I have a discount code? If I have one, how do I use it?
Fables is not normally in the business of handing out discount codes, but if you're lucky enough to catch a product launch you might get one!
During checkout you will have the option to enter in the code.
When are the diapers available?
The Exonauts diapers are currently in production and will be available in January. Preorders will open in 3-4 weeks.
I have a 36 inch waist, should I get medium or large diapers?
Each adult and each waist is different, so there isn't a definitive answer. When Fables has product available for in depth testing the Fables staff will try it out and update this section.
My body type fits between two different measurements for one of your bodysuits/onesies, which one should I get?
Your question might be answered on the Size Chart page. If you still have questions reach out to us via the Contact Us page with your measurements. One of the Fables team will get back to you and work with you on finding the perfect size.
I want to use my HSA/FSA (Health Spending Account), how do I do that?
Currently Fables is not registered as a health product. If you have incontinence and want to use your HSA/FSA to buy a Fables product, please use the Contact Us page to let Fables know. While Fables cannot help with your HSA, it will help in prioritizing that in the future.
Do you handle refunds, exchanges and cancellations?
Once a product is shipped Fables can no longer accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. If you purchased a product and Fables haven't shipped it out yet, it may be possible to cancel it.
You sent me an order that's incorrect, or worse it got damaged on the way! What now?
Please use the Contact Us page and describe the damage or problem and a member of the Fables staff will work it out with you.
What about customs and sales taxes?
Fables ships domestically within the US and Canada, so your package will not need to clear customs. There will be no tariff or duties at shipment.
Sales tax is handled by Shopify based on the shipping location.

How Long Before I get a response to my question?
The Fables staff try to respond within 1-3 business days, so if you don't hear from anyone please try reaching out again.
How Do I make sure my Fables Products Last?
Adult Onesies
Machine wash in cold water with detergent and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
Adult Diapers
Store in a cool dry place.
Avoid contact with liquids. ;)
